0 : Conversion on going, 1 : Conversion completed

In case of 8-channel module, B8~B15(CH.9 ~ CH.16) are not used.
When Y02 turns ON or on the system startup, the bits are reset.
When A/D conversion is completed for the first time in the enabled channel, the corresponding bit is set.
(Caution) Input contact X01 is turned on when all of the enabled channels’ first A/D conversion is completed.
