Internal Preset Value (Offset 3, 4)

When internal preset command (Offset 16, Bit#1) is switched from reset status to set status, you need to specify current count value as designated value in this offset. But, in the Ring Counter Mode,
if the specified value is out of the count range, the current value will not be modified despite the preset command (Error Code 100 occurs).
