Emergency Stop Request

The Emergency Stop Request flag immediately stops the axis in motion without deceleration process. The other occasions where the axis is stopped immediately rather than by this flag are as follows.

Detection of the Upper limit signal
Setting of the Software Upper/Lower limit signal
