This sets difference between previous measurement and current measurement for each channel and stores them.
It sets up to 3~1000 (Initial value: 10)
Low set value may cause slow response but stability is high. Contrary to this, high set value gives rapid response but its stability may be low.
If temperature is not updated under rapidly changing temperature, use higher temperature than current set value.
