Input Pulse Count Per Unit Time
Input Pulse Count Per Unit Time
This function counts the number of input pulses for a specified time. In order to use this function, [Unit time] must be set bigger than 0. The measured values are updated for each unit time configuration period.
Unit Time (mSec): If 0 second is selected, this function cannot be operated as well as RPM/PPS.
Pulse per 1 Cycle: is used for rotations per minute (RPM) function. Write the number of pulses per 1 cycle. If parameter is configured as 0, RPM is not operated and counter works in PPS unit regardless of other parameter values.
Built-in High Speed Counter of PLC-S counts input pulse speed through above parameters. For the Unit time, PPS (Pulse/Sec) or RPM (Rotations/Minute) can be selected.
