X00 | Module Ready | X00 is turned on when the module is ready to convert on PLC power ON. The module starts conversion on the enabled channels. When X00 is turned off, the module does not convert any values. (During offset, gain setting mode) |
X01 | AD Conversion Completed | When the PLC power is turned on, PLC is initialized and any of enabled channel didn’t convert more than once, X01 is turned off. (When the converted value is not stored in the buffer) When all of enabled channels converted the value more than once, X01 is turned ON. X01 is cleared when the configuration is changed. |
X02 | Saving Setting Value Completed | X02 is used to turn on and off Y02 (Request Saving Setting Value) when the module’s setting value is changed. When X02 is turned off, the value conversion is not performed.
|
X03 | Calibration Completed | This signal is valid only when Y05 is turned on. When Y03 is on, the corresponding channel’s LED blinks every 0.5 second, proceeds measuring offset or gain. When calibration is completed (X03 ON), the corresponding channel’s LED turns on. (Stops blinking) When Y03 turns off, every channel’s LED is turned off. When Y03 is turned on but calibration channel is not decided (Buffer offset 7, 8), or channels are assigned to both offset and gain, it emits calibration error (Code 104). If the converted digital value does not exceed the tolerance range over 0.5 seconds, the conversion is regarded as successfully completed. After the completion, Y03 is turned on. If the entire calibration signals are not measured successfully even after 3 seconds after X03 is turned on, it emits calibration error (Code 105). |
X04 | Saving Calibration Result Value Completed | X04 is valid only when Y05 is on and Y03 is off. X04 turns on when calibration parameter in flash memory is successfully read on system startup. Recording on flash memory starts when Y04 goes from off to on. |
X0E | Min/Max Value Initialization Completed | The module changes the max/min value of all channels to the current measure value. |
X0F | Module Error | When an Error Code is stored in the buffer offset address "19", X0F is turned ON. When Y0F is set, the module clears the error code in the buffer to 0x0000, then turns OFF after X0F goes off. |
Sited points in the table are the case of module mounted in the first slot (Slot 0).
