Auto/Manual Mode Settings ( Buffer memory address "9")

Initial setting is set to Auto Mode.
Settings save request flag (Y22) should be ON and then OFF to save the settings on the module.
Set values get saved on a flash memory of the module so when the power restarts, it contains the latest saved settings.
Only the lowest bit (b0) is used.
