Channel enable / disable setting (Buffer memory address "0")

Enable or disable by each channel
Initial setting is set to disable all the channels.
Settings save request flag (Y22) should be ON and then OFF to save the settings on the module.
Set values get saved on a flash memory of the module so when the power restarts, it contains the latest saved settings.
