Tag Database Menu
Item | Icon | Description |
New Tag | Creates a new tag. The user can select one of the three tag types: digital, analog and string. | |
New Group |
| Creates a group. The user can move the tags to inside of the group. Name format of the tag that is located inside of a group is [Group Name].[Tag Name]. |
Edit Tag | Edits the selected tag. | |
Fill Address | Lets the user to create multiple tags that has consecutive device addresses. | |
Delete | Deletes the selected tag. | |
Simple Edit Mode | The user can edit in the tag list. | |
Find / Replace | The user can find a string in the currently registered tag, or change the found string to another string. | |
Tag Information | Using Tag Information, you can check if you are using real tags in the project within the supported range. |
Tag File Menu
button opens the drop down menus related to saving files.

Import | TagDatabase(*.Json) | Imports the tag database information file that was originally created in UltimateAccess Web. | |

When creating a tag, use a name that follows the criteria listed below:
No special characters (e.g. Space, Tab, @, *, /, +, -, etc.)
The first character of a tag name cannot be a number.
Ex: “DIG1” is valid, but “1DIG” is invalid
Tags are not case-sensitive. All tags will be stored as uppercase.
You cannot use the same tag name more than once in the same tag group. However, tags may use the same name if they are in different groups.
