Through General properties, the chart object’s contents can be modified.

Description

Base Setup

Object Name

Sets the name of the chart object. Not entering a value will automatically generate one.

Show Title

The title will appear at the top of the chart. The user may enter the title after selecting the checkbox.

Background Color

Sets the background color.

Diagram Color

Sets the diagram color.

Sampling Time (100ms)

Sets the sampling time.

X-Axis Setup

Position

Decides the location of the X-Axis display. Selecting Near will display the properties near to the X-Axis (Bottom of the object). Selecting Far will display the properties far from the X-Axis (Top of the object).

Show Title

Sets the title to the X-Axis.

Time base

Sets the X-axis as a time axis. Up to the set amount of data points for each tag (Max Display number, 1-16,000) will be displayed on the chart. Each data point will be added to the chart at every sampling time.

Only the following chart types can use this option: Bar, Stacked Bar, Full Stacked Bar, Point, Line, Step Line, Area, Stacked Area, Full Stacked Area

Only one data point type can be used per series with this option.

Show Label

Displays the label on the X-Axis.

Grid Setup

Displays the grid on the chart.

Tickmark Setup

Displays the tick marks on the chart.

Y-Axis Setup

Position

Decides the location of the Y-Axis display. Selecting Near will display the properties near to the Y-Axis (Left of the object). Selecting Far will display the properties far from the Y-Axis (Right of the object).

Show Title

Sets the title to the Y-Axis.

Show Label

Displays the label on the X-Axis.

Using Auto Range will dynamically change the display of Y-Axis. Please deselect the option to used the fixed value for Y-Axis' minimum and maximum value.

Grid Setup

Displays the grid on the chart.

Tickmark Setup

Displays the tick marks on the chart.

Legend Setup

Show Legend

Displays the legend on the chart. The location can be adjusted via horizontal/vertical align setting.
