2.2 Web's convenience features
UltimateAccess Web 1.0 provides a convenient and useful system menu. It provides automatic buttons for shortcuts to commonly used system functions.
When you right-click on the screen, a hamburger button is created in the middle right corner. When you click this button again, you will see the various system menu icons.
When you click on the System menu, separate webpages will pop up, each displaying something like the table below.

Tag Database | Displays a screen where you can check the tag information you have registered in the designer in real time. | |

Report | Displays a screen where you can view the generated reports. You can also download any of them. | |

Page Recorder | Displays a screen where you can view the recorded authoring page. This feature allows you to view data from a past point in time as it was on the creation page. | |
Admin Page | Displays a screen where you can check the list of users. You can force other users to terminate their access, or add, edit, and delete users. | |
Exit | Displays a screen that allows you to exit the web client. |
The Admin Page icon is displayed only to users with security level 1.
Tag Database |
(1) Real time Data
You can monitor the value of real-time tag data.
(2) History Data
You can monitor historical data for tags with data collection enabled.
Set Rage
Set conditions for the time of day to search.
*Read Data
Displays tag data based on the criteria you're searching for.
*Refresh
Fetches and updates the latest historical data for the tag. You can set it to refresh at a specific time interval by expanding the drop-down menu.
*Export Mode
Output the retrieved data to Excel or PDF. First, [Read Data] must be enabled. After checking it, an output button will be created in the top right corner and you can set the range to output to Excel.
The output path is saved to the C:\Download\ folder.
-Export all data
Output tag data from all screens to Excel. If too much data has been viewed, the output may overwhelm the system.
-Export selected row
Only the list that is checked on the right will be output to Excel.
Exports historical data as a PDF.

Download generated historical reports anytime, anywhere. Reports are stored on the server, so they are archived forever, so you can always view and download lists from your clients without worrying about deleting files.
(2) Review Historical Reports
If a previously generated report has been deleted, you can recreate it for the specific period using the 'Historical Report Generation' button, as shown in the image below.
After selecting the desired report model and date, click the 'Generate' button to produce a report that matches the selected date and model.

You can check the system status log. You can search by query and use various filters to see only the data you want. You can output to a cell.
(2) Part 11 Project System Status
Part11 projects provide a more detailed System Status window than regular projects.
The following is a list of system status logs that are added to the Part11 project.

(1) Status check window
Search Data
By pressing the Search button, you can retrieve the data stored in the page recorder. You can see the date and time it was saved.
Get Recorded Data
Click the Get Recorded Data button to get the actual data of the selected item. At this point, you can start playing Page Recorder.
Admin Page |

The Admin Page icon is displayed only to users with security level 1.
(2) User-list check window
You can view a list of users who are currently logged in. You can force other users to terminate their access, or add new users, edit and delete existing users.
Warning
When editing user information on the Admin page, Be sure to close CimonD before. If you edit user information without closing CimonD, the data you enter may be missing.
(3) Logout confirmation popup window
Click the [Logout] button on the right side of the window to display a pop-up to confirm the logout. Click the [Yes] button to terminate the user's access.
(4) Add User popup window
Click the [New User] button in the upper right corner of the window to display the Add User pop-up window. After entering the user information to add, click the [Add] button below, and the user with the information will be added to the list.
(5) Edit User popup window
Click the pencil-shaped button() to the right of the user row to display the Edit User pop-up window. After editing the user's information, click the [Edit] button below to change the user's information.
(6) Delete confirmation popup window
Click the trash can-shaped button() on the right side of the user row to display the delete confirmation pop-up window. Click the [Delete] button to delete the user's account.

Exit the Viewer or Browser. If you do not exit CimonX, CimonX will continue to run in the background, so you can launch the Viewer or Browser again to monitor it.
