Exercise: Displaying the date and time in a project
(1) Page Configuration
a) Add a date/time object to the projectβs main page. Select [Draw] β [Date/Time], then click on the marked area on the page as shown below.
b)Β To display both the date and time, select the βyy/mm/dd hh:mm:ss optionβ. Press the [OK] button to finish the configuration and create the date/time object.
c) Drag the object to adjust its location. Then drag the handles of the object to change its size.
d)Β Double-click the object to bring up the [Object Configuration] window. You can toggle the transparency of the object from the [Style] β [Line/Fill] tab. You can also change the appearance of the text using the font tool ([View] β [Font Tool]).
(2) Checking the Operation
a)Β Download the project to Xpanel or run the simulator to check your project. The system date and time should appear on the screen in real-time.
