Local (internal) variable "Z Device" can be used in the Function Block Extension. The available addresses as local variable are from Z128 to Z1023.
The addresses from Z0 to Z127 cannot be used for local variables because they are already used by default for controlling function blocks.
If used, function blocks may not work properly.
