Keylock is a license in USB storage form to run UltimateAccess Web in the condition the user wants. Without the keylock, the project will always run in demo mode.

Check the following if your PC does not recognize the keylock.

  • Check if you can see the red LED light on the mounted keylock. You will notice a blinking red light or none at all if there is an error with the keylock. In this case, please contact CIMON.

  • Check the device manager to see if the keylock device driver is properly installed. If the driver is not installed or there is an issue installing it, please contact CIMON.
