In case of 8-channel module, address 137~144 are not used.
To use Low Alarm by comparing A/D conversion value, the Low Alarm Value is assigned based on the Present Value (Offset 11~18).
If the converted value exceeds the Low Alarm Value, the corresponding contact and buffer is set to "Alert"

To disable High/Low Alarm Value feature, set both bound values to "0".
