[Distribute] is designed for when the user selects three or more objects. Equal spaces can be distributed between selected objects either horizontally or vertically.
To select a group of objects, click on one object and hold down the ‘Ctrl’ key as you click another. The user also clicks on a blank area of the page and drag the mouse over all the objects you wish to select. You may then provide spacing for the objects by clicking [Arrange] > [Distribute] > [(option)], or right-click the objects and select [Distribute] > [(option)] in the sub-menu.
