14.1.1.3 Certificates Editor
The Certificates Editor window is used to create and edit certificate files which can be used for encryption and authorization.
Certain communication drivers, including OPC UA and MQTT, can utilize these certificates.
To open the Certificates Editor window, click Tools > I/O Device Editor or Data Server Editor > click the Certificates Editor button.
Key Pairs
The Key Pairs tab allows users to create and edit key pairs for encryption or authorization. These pairs can then be referenced by both I/O devices and data server devices.

Trust Stores
The Trust Stores tab allows users to create trust stores for data server devices. A trust store is essentially a list of certificate files that the server is instructed to trust. When a device uses a trust store, any certificates not in that trust store will be rejected.
