The Identity and Access Management window can be opened by clicking Tools > Identity and Access Management….

On this window, there are three configurable settings:

User Set Up Configurations

Item	Description
Username	Displays the user’s username.
Log On Action	Displays the logon action of the corresponding user.
Log Off Action	Displays the log off action of the corresponding user.
Permissions	Displays the individual permissions of the corresponding user.
Groups	Displays the security group or groups of the corresponding user.
New User	Adds a new user to the list.
Delete	Deletes the selected user from the list.
Edit	Edits the selected user.

New User

Item	Description
Username	Enter an ID to distinguish the user.
Groups	Assign a security group for the current user. Groups need to be created prior to assignment.
Permissions	Assign permissions for the current user. Permissions need to be created prior to assignment
Password	Enter a password for the current user. Users can enter alpha-numeric characters and a limited range of special characters (!, ?, $, %, etc.).
Log On Action	Select an action list or script to be executed upon user log in.
Log Off Action	Select an action list or script to be executed upon user log off.

When there are several user IDs in the project, only one account can log in to the system at a time. If another user logs in to the project, the current user ID is automatically logged out.
