9.1.2 Groups Configuration
Allows the user to create a group based on specific permissions and assign the created group to users. To open up the User Configurations window, click Tools > Identity and Access Management… > Groups.
Item | Description |
Group Name | Displays the name of the group. |
Description | Displays the description of the Group. |
Users | Displays list of users currently assigned under the group. |
Permissions | Displays the permissions of the corresponding group. |
Add Group
Click the + icon to open up the Edit Group pop-up window. Once group configuration is complete, click OK to get redirected back to the Groups tab on Identity and Access Management window.
Item | Description |
Group Name | Name the Group. |
Users | Assign a user to the Group. |
Permissions | Assign specific permissions to the Group. |
Descriptions | Describe what the Group you are creating is for, etc. |
Edit Group
Click on a group> click the pencil icon or double-click on the user > click OK when finished.
Delete Group
Click on a group > click the Delete icon or press the [Del] hotkey on your keyboard.
