This feature operates to place the selected object behind all other objects. If the object is layered under other objects, the object will be totally or partially hidden by them.
Select the object that you wish to set and click [Arrange] – [Send to Back], or right-click the object and select [Send to Back] in the pop-up menu. This will move the object to the back of the graphic page.
