통신 설정: Xpanel

I/O 디바이스 추가

새 디바이스를 생성하기 위해 [도구] - [I/O 디바이스 편집기]를 선택합니다. 아이콘을 클릭하면 나타나는 [새 I/O 디바이스 추가] 창에서 통신 종류는 “Serial”을 선택하고, 디바이스 종류에서 “Omron HostLink”를 선택합니다.

디바이스 이름: I/O 디바이스의 이름을 지정합니다.

통신 종류, 디바이스 이름 및 디바이스 종류 지정이 완료되면 [I/O 디바이스 편집기] 우측에 선택한 프로토콜의 설정 화면이 표시됩니다.

통신 대상 장비에 맞게 설정을 진행합니다.

스테이션

이 화면에서는 각 스테이션의 이름 지정 및 스테이션 ID 입력이 가능합니다.

PLC 모드

Omron PLC는 모드가 ‘Monitor’로 설정되었을 때 쓰기가 가능합니다. DM6600의 값을 0x0101로 설정합니다. 그러면 전원이 없는 상태에서도 ‘Monitor’ 모드가 유지됩니다.

(1) If the address of this area was used for a digital tag, control functionalities are not supported. Xpanel cannot set/reset these points.

(2) The A000 - A0447 address area cannot be modified by Xpanel (read-only area).

(3) Timer: T0000 – T2143 area was mapped to TC0000 - TC2143 (PV0000 - PV2143).

Counter: C0000 – C2143 area was mapped to TC2148 - TC4095 (PV2148 - PV4095).

(4) Bank of EM area must be denoted by one hexadecimal character ('0' - 'C') as shown below:

-Digital Tag: E[bank]_[word no].[2 digit bit no] (EA_1000.05 : bit5 of E1000 in bank ‘A’).

-Analog Tag: E[bank]_[word no] (EC_32 : E0032 of bank ‘C’).

(5) The bit location of the digital tag must be denoted by a two-digit decimal number ('00' - ‘15’) with a dot ('.') separator.

*Exception: Timer/Counter area is a digital point by itself.
