Features and Operations(CM1 RTD)
The temperature converted by a platinum resistance temperature detector of Pt100 or JPt100 or Pt1000 or Ni1000 can be displayed in ℃ or ℉, and the temperature values can be processed as digital values up to the first decimal place.
The converted temperature data are converted to 14-bit binary data, which can be processed as digital values. The temperature in the range from -200℃ to 600℃ are converted into -192 ~ 16191(-8192 ~ 8192, 0~16000, -8000 ~ 8000).
(*RD04A can selectively use digital values from the following options.)
A. 192 ~ 16191(0 ~ 65000)
B. -8192 ~ 8192(-32768~32767)
C. 0~16000(0 ~ 64000)
D. -8000 ~ 8000(-32000 ~ 32000)
The range of temperature is from -250℃ to 650℃, and the range of digital value is from -192 to 16191.
(*In case of RD04A, the range of digital value is -192~16191 (0~65000).)
If Min. and Max. temperature values are set up, the min. value will be converted to 0(-8000) and the max. value is 16000(8000).
(*In case of RD04A, the min. value is converted to -192(0), -8192(-32768), 0(0), -8000(-32000). The max. value is converted into 16191(65000), 8192(32767), 16000(64000), 8000(32000).)
Each channel can detect the breaking of resistance temperature, cables, and theexcess of measuring range.
There are 4 channels to connect Pt100, JPt100, Pt1000 or Ni1000.
The number of modules used per base is not limited.
LED is lighted in normal status, and blinks at the intervals of 0.2 second in error status.
