Features and Operations(CM1 AD)

  1. CM1-AD04VI has 4 channels Analog input (Voltage/Current)


CM1-AD04W is the AD module used to input 4 channel voltage and current.
CM1-AD08I has 8 channels Analog input (Current).
CM1-AD08V has 8 channels Analog input (Voltage).
CM1-AD08VI has 8 channels Analog input (Voltage/Current).
CM1-AD16VI has 16 channels Analog input (Voltage/Current).

  1. AD04VI: 0–20 mA, 4–20 mA, 0–5 V, 1–5 V, -10–10 V, 0–10 V


AD04W: 0–20 mA, 4–20 mA, 0–5 V, 1–5 V, -10–10 V, 0–10 V
AD08I: 0–20 mA, 4–20 mA
AD08V: 0–5 V, 1–5 V, -10–10 V, 0–10 V
AD16VI: 0–20 mA, 4–20 mA, 0–5 V, 1–5 V, -10–10 V, 0–10 V

  1. There are two AD conversion methods that user can choose:

  2. Average processing 2. Sampling processing

  3. Analog Input module converts input max and min value into 0–16000 (-8000–8000). If input value gets out of range, it is converted to -192–16191 (-8192–8191).

*AD04W: An input signal (0–20 mA, 4–20 mA, 0–5 V, 1–5 V, -10–10 V,
 0–10 V) is converted to 3 formats of digital value as specified below;
A. Digital value: 0–64000 (or -32000–32000, 16-bit resolution of 1/64000)
B. Measuring value: see specification
C. Percentile value: 0–10000 (0–100.00%)

*AD08I can selectively use the digital values from the following options.
A. 192–16191 (0–65000)
B. -8192–8192 (-32768–32767)
C. 0–16000 (0–64000)
D. -8000–8000 (-32000–32000)

 

 

  1. There is no limitation for the type of Analog modules installed on the base.

  2. Normal status : LED On, Error status: LED blinking at 0.3 second interval.
