  1. Load cell converts change of weight into the that of resistance.

  1. In the EXC+, EXC- line, output voltage DC 5V from WG module is supplied to the load cell.

  1. When DC voltage is supplied to the load cell resistance bridge, voltage is changed according to the weight and applied to SIG+ and SIG-.

  1. The module amplifies the voltage from SIG+ and SIG-, and converts into the 24Bit AD of digital value.

  1. Measuring control is available by logics from various embedded batch programs.

  1. The module progresses controlling by 24VDC signal through DI+ and DI- (Dynamic measurement only).
