This feature is enabled when you select two or more objects. Objects can be aligned at the top and bottom, the left and right sidesides, or middle in the horizontal or and vertical directioncenters. When you select three or more objects, you can distribute equal spaces between selected objects either horizontally or vertically.
To select a group of objects, click on one object and hold down the ‘Shift’ key as you click another. You may also click on a blank area of the page and drag the mouse over all the objects you wish to select. You may then align the objects by clicking [Arrange] – [Arrange(option)], or right-click the objects and select [Arrange] – [(option)] in the sub menu.
