To add Allows a new user, on the Users tab, click the user profile to be created and configured. To open up the User Configurations window, click Tools > Identity and Access Management… > Users.

Add User
Click the + icon to open up the New User pop-up window. Once user configuration is complete, click OK to get redirected back to the Users tab on Identity and Access Management window.
