[Distribute] is designed for when the user selects three or more objects. Equal spaces can be distributed between selected objects either This feature allows users to set equal spacing on multiple selected objects horizontally or vertically.
To select a group of objects, click on one object and hold down the ‘Ctrl’ [Ctrl] key as you click another. The user can also clicks click on a blank page area of the page and drag the mouse over all the objects you wish to select. You may then provide spacing for the objects by clicking [Arrange] > [Distribute] > [(option)], or right-click the objects and select [Distribute] > [(option)] in the sub-menu.

To adjust the spacing of selected objects, click Arrange > Distribute > select Horizontally or Vertically.

Another way to do this is to right-click the object > click Distribute > select a desire distributionin the pop-up menu.
