Xpanel Designer XpanelDesigner is a software that allows users to create projects that can be downloaded to CIMON’s HMI, Xpanel. You can download any version of the software on Cimon from the CIMON website (http://www.cimon.com).

the ‘Windows Mobile Device Center’ is required. - You can download each program on the Microsoft website (www.microsoft.com). |
In order to use the project properly, please check if a model is compatible with the software version. The products which do not supported in the Xpanel Designer version are listed in tables belowPlease refer to below for Xpanel models and their non-applicable versions.

Installation of |
XpanelDesigner |
Follow the steps below to download the Xpanel DesignerXpanelDesigner.
a) Go Go to Cimon the CIMON website (http://www.cimon.com), and register for an account if you have not already. Make sure to be logged in before proceeding.

b) Go to [Customer Service] – [Download Center] on the top menu of the website.

c) Set the filter as shown below, then you can easily find the list of software. Find the Xpanel Designer version you wish to download.

d) Click Click [Download] at the top right > Click [XPANEL DESIGNER] in the middle of the webpage.

c) Or navigate to [Support] at the top > Click [Archive] from the list. You may set the filters by product or category, or even search by keywords to find the version of XpanelDesigner you desire.

d) Click the download file at the bottom of the page.

e) Execute the installer file on the directory.

f) Wait until the Installshield Unzip the downloaded file to a directory of your choosing. Run the setup.exe installer file as administrator.

f) Wait until the InstallShield Wizard program is executed. It This may take a while some time depending upon the system environment.

g) Read Read the End-User License Agreement. You must accept the agreement to continue the installation. Select a the button labeled ‘Accept’ ‘I accept the terms of the license agreement’ and press [NextNext >].

h) Specify Specify the location of Xpanel Designer XpanelDesigner and press the [NextNext >] button. If you have not changed the path, the software will be installed in to ‘C:\CIMON\XpanelDesigner “Version”’ as default. The default path may differ depending on the version of Xpanel DesignerXpanelDesigner.

XpanelDesigner v2.50 and below versions are installed in ‘C:\CIMON\Xpanel’ by default. If you install the higher version upon the lower version, the program will automatically upgrade the software version.
From Xpanel Designer 2XpanelDesigner v2.52 version, the software is installed in the separated on a separate path.
i) Now it Now InstallShield Wizard is ready to install the softwareXpanelDesigner. Press the [InstallInstall] button to begin the installation.

j) A ‘Font Select’ A ‘FONTSELECT’ window will appear as the installation starts. Fonts in the PC are listed in on the left side of the window. You may add or except ignore the selected fonts for using in the projectXpanelDesigner.

k) Press Press the [Finish] button to end complete the Xpanel Designer XpanelDesigner installation.

l) Launch the Xpanel Designer Launch XpanelDesigner.exe to check if the installation is successfully donewas successful.
