- The Subnet Mask and Gateway fields should be configured to match those of the PC. These can be found using the ipconfig command. - Duplicate IP addresses are not allowed. Make sure the IP address you choose is not being used by another device on the network. - The Xpanel IP address must be on the same local network as the PC. If the subnet mask is set to 255.255.255.0, this means the first 3 values of the IP address must match those of the default gateway. If the subnet mask is set to 255.255.0.0, then the first 2 values must match, and so on. |
d) Select Select [Apply this new setting] to save changes. A system reboot is required for changes to be applied.
e) A A prompt will appear. Select [OK] if you want to save the changes. In this case, the Xpanel device will restart. Select [X] if you want to go back to configuration without saving.
