[Distribute ] is designed for when the user selects three or more objects. Equal spaces can be distributed between selected objects either horizontally or vertically.
To select a group of objects, click on one object and hold down the ‘Ctrl’ [Ctrl] key as you click another. The user also clicks on a blank area of the page and drag drags the mouse over all the objects you wish to select. You may then provide spacing for the objects by clicking [Arrange ] > [Distribute ] > [(option)], or select the desired option. Another way to do this is to right-click the objects and select [click Distribute ] > [(option)] select the desired option in the sub-menu.
