By defining a page action, you can bring up a pop-up screen automatically when a normal page is opened.
a) Create Create a normal page and a popup page. Specify the name of the popup page as ‘Popup’ and edit it as shown below.

b) Go Go to the normal page and open the page setup menu, then move to the [Action] tab. Enter ‘PageOpen(“Popup”)’ in the ‘On Opening Page’ field.
